New laws affecting photographers rights in the UK

A recent post of David Hobby on Strobist included a video by Nick Turpin, a Street Photographer in the UK.

This video includes information regarding some new laws that affect how people can take pictures in public, and a gathering of some members of the organization iN-PUBLIC.
