Last weekend I did a nice little weekend trip with my motorcycle down the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina.
Now I know why the area is so popular for motorcyclists, the approaching Fall Colors were really beautiful.
The picture below is a rare self-portrait of myself, my reflection in the headlight of my motorcycle.

Last weekend we made a fun little trip to Lynchburg (Virginia), a fun little town with a lot of history about the civil war.
One of the nice places to go for dinner was the Marketplace, and old fashioned diner. What I found to be interesting was the constellation of ventilators at the ceiling: They were arranged horizontally, in one long row. I just had never seen this before…
